Save the Children Fund
Save the Children is a a remarkable organization dedicated to improving the lives of
children and their families worldwide. Founded in 1919 by Eglantyne Jebb, Save the
Children has been at the forefront of advocating for children's rights, ensuring that
every child has the opportunity to grow up healthy, educated, and safe. Jebb's
groundbreaking conviction that children deserve these fundamental rights was not a
mainstream idea at the time, but it has since inspired global change.
Karuna Trust
Karuna Trust is a non-governmental organization that focuses on providing education, healthcare, and development services to underserved and rural communities. Founded in 1980 by Sid Sangara, Karuna Trust was formed by a group of disciples who wanted to put their spiritual beliefs into practice by helping those in need. The organization's mission is to empower individuals, families, and communities to overcome poverty, discrimination, and exploitation through integrated and sustainable development programs.
